How To Purchase
This web site contains a list of all available deluxe and hardcover books and the majority of the tarot decks I have for sale.
Please see my social media posts for photos of items for sale. I can send multiple photographs of the item you are interested in on request and provide a full condition report on used or defective new items. I strongly suggest researching the title and looking at the descriptions and photographs of the items, including those I have supplied if applicable. I try to include shots of some of the pages including the contents page in the case of books, to try to get an idea of what the book or tarot deck is like. Do not ask me to photograph a whole chapter or book for you, or to send you a pdf, or any other copyright infringement requests. All prices are firm. No offers. Please contact me to request a shipping quote. Provide me with your full address, and if you wish to go ahead, I will issue you with a PayPal invoice or provide my PayPal email address and the total figure. Alternatively you can pay directly into my bank account, whichever you prefer. I do not have a built in PayPal cart or check out facility on the web site at present but may be implementing one in the medium term. I accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer. I can offer a 2% discount for paying via bank transfer or PayPal friends and family. Be aware that using your credit card to make a PayPal friends and family payment will incur a cash advance fee from your credit card company. Payment is required in full prior to shipment of goods. I do not accept deposits to hold an item for you.
I ship within the UK and internationally using an insured Tracked postage wherever possible, except for very low value items. I can offer combined shipping for multiple items. Items are sent out promptly, often same day. Free collection is available on request in Bedfordshire, UK. I charge shipping at cost including associated fees and packing material. I aim to provide very secure packaging for all items. Goods over 2-3kg are double boxed where possible. The buyer is responsible for paying VAT and Duty. For US buyers, if I am prepaying the tariff, I will add this to the shipping cost. I do not ship to Nigeria or Sudan. I offer a restricted shipping service to Brazil, namely the buyer must supply me with a CPF at the time of purcase, which is an 11-digit individual tax identification number, along with their phone number. The buyer must also contact his tax authority and inform them that the parcel is expected for import along with the type of goods and declared price. I will only ship to Brazilian buyers familiar with this process. I have had many parcels returned to the UK from Brazil despite being corrected declared, including the CPF and phone number, where the buyer had not notified customs in advance of its arrival. Sometimes the parcels are opened and damaged. It usually takes 1-2 months to receive the parcel back before I can reship. Claiming back the cost of the postage is difficult for me also, as Royal Mail have no formal claim procedure for returned parcels, seeking to blame the sender, so I end up claiming it back from my credit card. You are covered by PayPal buyer protection. All transactions are covered by UK Law, regarding both buyer and seller protections. Requests to cancel are accepted up until the item or items are dispatched. I am charged non-refundable fees by PayPal to receive money sent as ‘goods and services’ by you the buyer, and these fees will be deducted from the refund sent back to you if you decide to cancel the order. If you are UK-based and have paid by bank transfer (Faster Payments) then no fees will be deducted from the refund. Once the item or items have been dispatched, it is not longer possible to cancel the transaction. All sales are final. I do not accept returns on account of buyer's remorse. In the event the item does not match the description or has been damaged in transit, it is down to my discretion whether to offer a return or partial refund, depending on condition, your location and what is reasonable. If the incorrect item has been sent then I will accept a return and reimburse your return postage costs, subject to approval, and either send the correct item or offer you a refund, whichever you prefer. I reuse as much packaging materials as possible from incoming deliveries, including but not limited to boxes, bubble wrap, packing chips (loose fill), paper wrapping etc., as well as shredded paper, in order to reduce my outlay on new packaging materials. This helps to keep shipping costs down and to reduce my impact on the environment. I never purchase boxes. I also try to buy in recycleable/biodegradable packaging materials as much as is practical, including packing chips and sometimes paper packaging tape. The only non-recyclable items I am still buying in are clear tape and bubble wrap. I encourage buyers to reuse any packaging materials I send you with your purchased item in some manner, as you will likely need these materials at some point in the future.Photos
